Jusletter IT is published four times a year exclusively online. The focus of the journal is on IT and law, in particular data protection and data security, Big Data, e-Justice as well as LegalTech. Specialized practitioners and academics from various countries write high-quality, topic-specific and cross-jurisdictional articles in German and/or English. The articles in Jusletter IT are citable and can still be found at the same Internet address years later.
An easy-to-use full-text search allows you to quickly find articles in the comprehensive Jusletter IT database. The database includes an archive of all articles since the year 2000, and thanks to the powerful LawSearch search engine, articles can be sorted by legal field, article type and author.
The conference proceedings of the International Legal Informatics Symposium IRIS, specific special issues on current topics, and digital books — including commemorative publications, monographs, and publications by the LLI — are among the diverse content offerings of Jusletter IT.
Jusletter IT is published by Weblaw AG in Bern, Switzerland. A renowned team of specialised practitioners and academics is responsible for the peer review. The articles for Jusletter IT are subjected to a four-fold check before publication.
As a subscriber, you will receive an email with the summaries of newly published articles for each issue. Via the email and the website, you can access the full texts and the Jusletter IT database using a password. A printable PDF version is available for each article.
